SHIPPING

Standard shipping within Germany costs € 5.90 (€ 6.90 if a product from our KYNOVITAL PET FOOD series - "Junior Fit & Healthy" or "Adult Athletics" is the subject of your order), from a value of 70 € shipping is within Germany free of charge.

Within the EU, your order will be shipped with DHL Standard. The standard shipping costs are € 13.90, the express shipping costs € 29.90 and your order will be delivered after 1-2 working days.

Shipping to Austria is done with DHL Standard and costs 13.90 €, from a value of 200 € shipping to Austria is free.

PAYMENT

We want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. That is why we offer you four possible payment methods: online payment with PayPal, SEPA direct debit, instant transfer or credit card payment.

PAYPAL

You can pay easily and securely online using your PayPal account. If you choose this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account after placing your order. Here you pay for your order and you will then be redirected to our order confirmation page.

CREDIT CARD

When making this payment, please have your credit card number and your three-digit card verification number ready. We accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express for credit card payments (also via Apple Pay and Google Pay). Of course we do not save your credit card details.

INSTANT BANK TRANSFER

As an alternative to PayPal, Sofortüberweisung is another convenient way of paying online. The advantage of PayPal is that you don't have to register. Here you will be redirected to your bank's website.
